Enrichment is a world of wonder! The boys in the robotics enrichment cohort spent their time in enrichment learning some of the core basics of mechanics. Using simple levers, motors, and pulleys the boys tried to construct a machine to lift heavy objects. Using trial and error, the students uncovered that the use of larger gears can increase the power of the motor and allow their machines to lift heavier objects. The students will use these and other critical concepts of coding and engineering in constructing their own passion projects. We can't wait to see what they come up with!
