To mark the first day back after Sukkos Break Rabbi Eliyahu Schusterman, a TDSA parent and the Rabbi of Chabad Intown came to speak to our Middle School Girls. He focused on Rochel Imeinu who's Yortzeit is this month and discussed the nature of her sacrifice and how much more powerful sacrificing and giving over for our "sisters" and others is in the eyes of Hashem. This idea led directly into the planned Big Sister-Little Sister Breakout. Much to the sixth and seventh grade student's surprise, the eighth graders grabbed balloons hidden in the back of the room and raced outside. The girls had to catch the eighth graders and pop their balloons revealing the location of a sweet surprise and that the Big Sister-Little Sister Program had begun.
