Dipper Demo

TDSA's Kitah K students were mesmerized as Rabbi Rubin slowly but surely took a rectangular block of wood and shaped it into a honey dipper. They watched as it took shape, becoming round, adding ridges, and a stick. We see honey dippers in the store, and in our homes every year. The Kitah K students were asked to stop and think about how that dipper comes to be. When the students have their honey on Rosh Hashana, they will think about the process of creating a simple honey dipper. It is our goal to help our youngest students connect to our Chaggim and Mitzvot through this type of experiential learning.
