Every year Mr. Charles Kaplan visits TDSA to teach the students about the mitzvah of Shofar. He teaches the students all about where a shofar comes from. Did you know that it really starts out as an animal's horn? Mr. Kaplan showed the Kitah K students how the horn grows. The students even got to hear Mr. Kaplan blow the shofar!
