Rabbi Rubin’s workshop has been busy! Since the beginning of December the second graders have been sawing, drilling, filing, joining, cementing and decorating . With Rabbi Rubin’s guidance they constructed menorahs with a metal base, then decorated them with cement and mosaics for a beautiful and functional menorah that will last for a long time. It’s always enjoyable to use Rabbi Rubin’s big machines (with proper safety gear of course) and our second graders are super proud of their new menorahs!
