Seventh and Eight Graders have immersed themselves in the matter of...matter. Over the past week they have learned all about the different states of matter: solid, liquid, gas and
plasma and how to differentiate them. The students used a plasma ball to demonstrate how plasmas interact with the electrical charges released from the human body. It was very cool to see the streaks of lightening inside the globe when the students touched it.
