AFTERSCHOOL POLICIES:
Registration dates and refund policies are at the discretion of the afterschool club program providers.
Unless othwerwise indicated, afterschool club dismissal is from 4:30-4:35pm and 5pm for extended care. $15 late fee per child for students picked up after dismissal times.
It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure your child’s dismissal schedule in Curbsmart reflects any afterschool activities!
NOTE: There is no crossing guard for after school dismissal!

Aftercare: Supervised by professional staff and includes supervised indoor and outdoor play, depending on the weather. Pre-registered schedule: $8/day, drop-in: $12/day.
Extended Care Option: Add this option to extend aftercare from 4:30-5pm. $4/day. Pre-registered schedule: $4/day, drop-in: $5/day.

Your child risks getting sent home with 3:45 dismissal if you do not add “Aftercare” to your child’s activities in Curbsmart! (Note: You only need to add “Aftercare ” even if you have added Extended Care on this form)
